Rooms, RV Sites & Rates

At L'Acadie Inn & RV Park, we can accommodate all of your lodging needs!  We offer two standard types of rooms featuring king-sized beds or two double/full sized beds, as well as kitchenettes. Every room comes equipped with refrigerator and microwave to help facilitate transport of our local Cajun fare.  We also offer full hook-up RV sites.  All of our rooms  & sites can be rented daily or weekly.  All rooms are NON-SMOKING.  If you are looking for an economical option to the chain hotels, our rooms are small, but clean and quiet.

 

For those needing a peaceful evening to relax, L'Acadie Inn offers cable TV, including local interest programming, and free wireless Internet.  Each room is conveniently located on the ground level for easier access to the weary traveler. Because we are a small country inn, if you are not able to be right next door to other guests in your party, be assured you are only a short walk away!  RV sites are located around the playground and have easy access to the fishing pond.

King

For the traveling couple or individual

 

King rooms feature one king sized bed, dresser, desk area, microwave, refrigerator, and private shower/bath.  All rooms are NON-SMOKING.  Included with the room are cable television, and wireless internet access.

Double

For friends traveling together, workers, or the family of four

 

Double rooms feature two double/full sized beds, dresser, microwave, refrigerator, and private shower/bath.  All rooms are NON-SMOKING.  Included with the room are cable television and wireless internet access.

Price: starting @ $70.00 per night + tax

Full Hook-up RV Site

Back in RV site

 

Our RV sites are mostly level gravel pads with surrounding grass.  Sites are large enough to accomodate a 40'+ RV and tow.  Included with the site are cable television and wireless internet access.

Price: $30.00 & up per night plus tax

Inn  & RV Park Policies

 

I. Rates.

Although we require a credit card to hold your room or site, this card is not charged until your time of check-in, unless you have requested a nonrefundable rate. We also do not accept personal checks.  Please feel free to inquire when making your reservation.

 

II. Check-in / Check-out.

Check-in is at 2:00 pm for more time to freshen up for a big night Cajun-style or just to relax from a long trip. Check out is at 11:00 am. If you need more time at check out, please ask at the time of your arrival so we may do our best to accomodate your needs.

 

III. Office Hours.

We have regular office hours seven days a week 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Although guests may check in at other times, special arrangements must be made for check-in outside of office hours. Please try to call within these hours when making your reservation. Because we are family owned and operated, we are not always available to answer the phone. Should we miss your call, please rest assured that we will respond to all messages left on our phone system in a prompt manner.

 

IV. Cancellation Policy.

Everyone experiences emergencies or problems so we have developed a cancellation policy with this in mind. If you do need to cancel a refundable reservation, please call twenty-four hours before the day of your arrival. No shows are charged the first night's stay. Please refer to our Mardi Gras cancellation policy for this seasonal stay.

 

V. Pet Policy.

For many people, pets are main members of their family. Our dog Scruffy can attest to this. At L'Acadie Inn, we allow pets if :

  • there is a $10/day non-refundable pet fee for room guests (no additional charge for RV guests);

  • you must present a credit card guarantee. If it becomes necessary, the cost of any damage to your room will be determined and charged to your credit card at the time of your departure;

  • they are less than 40 pounds;

  • they are kenneled while you are away from your room; but not left for any amount of time unattended in any public area or outside your camper;

  • they are leashed in public areas;

  • they do not create a noise nuisance;

  • you pick up any waste that they may leave.

 

VI. Mardi Gras and Crawfish Etouffee Cookoff.

If you have made reservations for Mardi Gras, please inquire regarding any differences of policy for this seasonal stay.
